Our teachers were ready, student work hung in the classrooms and hallway, Sr. Alicia ready to greet anxious parents, share expectations, and speak of the great school year that has started. All that was missing was our parents, and by 7:00PM, they arrived, and the gym was full of smiling faces.
From the gym, it was time to visit classrooms. Parents had the ability with three sessions to visit all their children’s rooms where they left handwritten messages for their children to read the next morning when they came to school. They listened to teachers and saw wonderful writings hanging in the halls.
We thank all our parents for joining us at back to school night. It is going to be an AWESOME year!
