Science Rocks

Our middle school students were able to showcase their talents on March 28th by displaying what interested them in the world of science. All students in grades 6 through 8 participated in the science fair. Projects were placed on display in the school gym. Kindergarten through 5th graders, were invited to visit, ask questions and listen to each presenter. Throughout the afternoon, judges walked around inspecting and writing down their assessments, as three students would go to the finals of the Catholic Partnership Schools Science Fair on April 3rd.

On Tuesday April 1st after morning prayers, the three students moving on to the finals were announced: 6th grader Madeline – project, Acid Rain; 7th grader Nicholas V – project, Lenz’s Law Proved; and Nahmir G – project, Big and Small Chemical Reactions
